Stall Holders Information
Stalls for each swap meet are booking up quickly. Please email Kylie through the
enquiry form to book your stall.
How much is a stall?
For a private individual, one stall is $35, including GST. Businesses are $50.
What does this include?
Stall hire covers your table and chair. Trestle size is approx 1.8m x 0.75m
Can I get two spaces?
Yes you can.
Can I bring a dress rack?
You are permitted to bring one small dress rack to display your costumes.
Can I make my stall look pretty?
You are free to decorate your stall any way you wish.
Please bring a tablecloth to cover the table. No posters can be stuck on the
walls.
If I can’t make the day can I get a refund?
No refunds, sorry.
What time can I set up?
Set up is 30 min before the event opens, with everyone
ready for a sharp start. We will let your stall to someone else if you
have not arrived 15 min before. The event closes at the set time and everyone
has 30 min to vacate and leave their space in a clean and tidy manner.
Selling to other stallholders is not permitted before the
market opens, this is so we can offer a equal opportunity for the public to get
the bargains as well.
What can I sell?
You can sell any dance related product: costumes, shoes,
props, bags, books, cd’s or anything you can think of to do with dance!
Can I put things on the ground under my stall?
So long as it wont congest the aisles.
Can I put prices on my items?
Yes. It is suggested that you clearly price every item and
be ready to bargain. Please don't overprice. You wont sell as much, and will be
disappointed at the end result.
Conditions
Stall hire includes a table of set size at the market. No
refunds are available. Stallholders are to sell quality dance related goods.
Promotional material is only permitted on your stall and cannot be handed out
inside or outside the venue. The stallholder is responsible for the safety for
his\her table. All stallholders must take any unsold goods home with them and
leave the venue by 5.30pm. No responsibility will be taken for each stalls sales
or loss of goods. Stallholders cannot sell anything broken or in need of repair.
Stallholders need to seek permission from your teachers to sell any costumes
that have been worn as troupe costumes. Stallholders must have their own change
and plastic bags for sold stock. The dance market organisers accept no liability
for any loss or damage suffered by any persons who enter the market area. Any
person who enters does so at his or her own risk. By paying the stallholders fee
you agree to the conditions listed above.
